Ok kids....question time.

IF i don't get in to NYU or Northwestern, do I go ahead and apply to the 2 state schools I was going to apply to?

I'm not likely to go to either one (I think at this point, it's NYU or nothing), but I don't really want to have to say I didn't get in ANYWHERE.
