Delph, he emailed me last week after giving me the cold shoulder and I never responded. Then he was supposed to come out the fancy pretentious dinner with us on Saturday, and blew it off without telling anyone. My friend phoned him from the restaurant and he said he was broke, depressed, didn't feel like going out, all that sob story bullSH*T. Which made my dinner more fantastic because the two dowdy people I didn't want to be seen with there didn't go. But still, it was very poor form. So I sent out a mass email to the group on Monday to confirm dinner for this Sunday, and made sure to point out that I wasn't going to twist anyone's arm to go, but please to tell me in advance because it'srude to us and to the restaurant if we show up with less than 8. And he still didn't respond, yet told one of our other friends he wasn't planning on coming.

Immature, sulky bastard. So he's in a "funk". I haven't known him as long as everyone else, but they say he gets like this. And I refuse to coddle him.

And since I've ranted that to you, please tell me about your issues with your friend! I'm here to listen.

What a cranky little Bitch he is. Good thing he isn't going to dinner with you on Sunday.

As for me, I don't know if there is much to it (okay, there is). We spent a lot of time last year and were best of friends. Then this year, she started distancing herself from me, then trying to get my attention, then distancing her self again, etc. It's this weird cycle. And I'm a pretty nice person (sorry, I'm not feeling humble tonight), so I listen to her and I put up with her. But any time I DO listen to her and talk to her, she puts me down, she makes fun of me, she makes me feel stupid, and she expresses absolutely no interest in me. The second I CIVILY confront her about it, she throws a hissy fit. No matter how hard I try to talk stuff out, it never works. She just ditches me, then comes running back without so much as an apology. She's so bitter and cranky, a lot like your parapalegic (what's his name?).

It's just back and forth with her, and I'm sick of it. I don't want to end the friendship, but there's no much of a friendship left to save. But first, I want to know where the girl I was such good friends with went!

*hugs* Real life friends are stupid. Why do you think I like coming on here so much? No baggage, no expectations, and everyone's willing to listen, or at least they pretend they are. My advice is buy some hot clothes, make yourself look glam, find some new friends and flaunt it in front of her.
