Yes Tiff a shower.. That is where you stand under running water and wash you hair and body, or in your case your hairy body.. It removes the dirt and also in your case the foul stench.. You might try it sometime.. Maybe then people wont avoid you.. You could at least use fabrize on yourself to try and mask the odor..

Clorox, Borax, Lye, really any industrial strength cleanser should work..
