Tell me something I don't know.

Belle's baby, yes. Her name is Claire. There was that time when Belle got in a car accident or something, and Shawn happened to have been following her on his motorbike, I think. He saved her, and they sought shelter in a barn. Naked, of course, because Belle was all wet, and they needed to body heat. Anyway, then the barn burned down, and they were found wrapped in each others' arms. Belle told Mimi she had a dream that she and Shawn had sex, but... it actually happened! So they did it one time.

The four of them are still friends. It looks a lot like they're playing house, actually. The two couples, the loft apartments across the hall from each other, etc. Anyway, Bonnie wants Mimi and Shawn to get married because Shawn's family are the BRADY'S! They have money, they're a good family, all that stuff. Kate doesn't want Phillip's life to be ruined with the whole baby thing. Oh, and Shawn and Mimi are the baby's godparents.

Jack had some disease or something. He was in crazy pain all the time. He might have actually contracted it when he was on the island. Too bad, because Jack was my favourite character. Tell me something I don't know.

Jen's now with... some cop guy who just showed up. I don't know anything about him. Just one of those guys who's always there.

I don't know how Marlena got amnesia. That woman has been through EVERYTHING on this show.

Sami and Nicole... I have no idea. They probably have SO much sh*t on each other from over the years that they just decided to go into cahoots.

Sami, Lucas, Austin, Carrie. I have NO idea what's going on there. As of this afternoon, Sami and Lucas were dealing with their son who sprained his ankle (Sami: "He could have DIED!"), and Austin and Carrie are trapped together on an elevator.

Kitz, AND we have a Miss Alli(e) (close enough spelling) to recap for me!

YWIW, shockingly, I could use DVD-R on my living room DVD player! Wanted to finish Crash before starting the other ones first though, and fell asleep within the first 10 minutes. Tell me something I don't know.

Tell me something I don't know.

I'm so excited for this trip! I have new luggage, my tube pass came in the mail today, I just ordered my ticket for my Stratford/Oxford/Warwick Castle tour, I found an adaptor, I bought the new 600 page issue of Vogue for the plane, and I now have $900+ in my checking account with another $200 in cash.

All I have left is laundry, packing, and getting $50 exchanged into pounds. And then, ciao bitches!!!

Honestly, I'm so excited that I'm about to start bouncing off the walls Tell me something I don't know.

Tell me something I don't know.

I'm sincerely SO excited for you, Kitz! (I mean, sometimes I just say that, but I had such an amazing time last year when I went for my first time, so I really am so happy for you!)

Are you going to Paris for a bit too? What's on your list of places to see? I made a list for my parents...I wonder if I still have it. How long is your Stratford side-trip? Why did you pre-order your Tube pass? (Not judging you; just wondering why you did because I'll do that next year if it's worthwhile!)

ETA: Don't go out of your way to get US$50 changed into pounds - it won't go far!

ETA2: Here's the list I gave my parents. People will probably add more - I only had 2 nights in London, and I'm bitter because I missed out on a LOT.

London:

1. Tate Britain (free)
2. Buckingham Palace (Changing of the guards)
3. National Gallery (if you have time)
4. British Museum (Rosetta Stone, Elgin Marbles)
5. Westminster Abbey
6. Portobello Market, Notting Hill (Saturday)
7. Abbey Road Studios (take picture at the crosswalk!)
8. Harrod’s
9. Tower of London
10. St. Paul’s Cathedral
11. Millennium Bridge (overlooks Tate Modern, London Bride, St. Paul’s)
12. Tate Modern (refurbished factory, free, famous modern art)
13. London Eye (biggest Ferris wheel in the world, state of the art)
14. Big Ben
15. Trafalgar Square
16. The Strand/Savoy Hotel (high tea!)
17. Piccadilly Circus (where to get 50% theatre tickets)
18. Covent Garden (don’t know why it’s popular but it is)

Cheap Foods/Snacks:
- Pubs
- Marks & Spencer (deli food)
- Pret-A-Manger (sandwiches)
- Texco (water and snacks)
- Harrod’s Food Hall (everything)

Tell me something I don't know.

God, this feels like being MBCotD! Tell me something I don't know.

Are you going to Paris for a bit too?
I wanted to, but it ended up being more than I can afford. A day trip to Paris is easily a few hundred, and when I finally visit the City of Lights I want to be able to do it up right.

What's on your list of places to see?
Going to the British Museum, the Imperial War Museum, the British Library, St. Paul's Cathedral, Evensong at Westminster Abbey, the National Gallery, the Tower of London, Les Miserables, Who's Afraid of Virginia Woolf, Madame Toussoud's, Big Ben, The Globe, Picadilly Circus, Covent Garden, Fleet Street, and a Jack the Ripper tour. All in 7 days! Tell me something I don't know.

How long is your Stratford side-trip?
A day.

Why did you pre-order your Tube pass?
The professor that is taking us suggested it. It was really easy to do and this way I don't have to worry about it when I get there.

Anything else you want to know? Tell me something I don't know.

I love the reasons they have sex. "It's a day that ends in Y!...You know what THAT means!" [cue fuzzy lenses and hazy lighting]

Kate doesn't want Phillip's life to be ruined with the whole baby thing.

I've always liked Kate, way back even to the Vivian vs. Kate days. I don't like this Phillip. Remember that cutie Jay Kenneth Johnson when he was with Chloe? Hey, didn't Chloe come back for a while?

Jack had some disease or something. He was in crazy pain all the time. He might have actually contracted it when he was on the island. Too bad, because Jack was my favourite character.

I liked this Jack too - not at first, but I grew to like him. (Remember when Mark Valley was Jack? Rrrorrr!) So he's dyING (not dead) and she's already moved on? BITCH!

Sami and Lucas were dealing with their son who sprained his ankle (Sami: "He could have DIED!"), and Austin and Carrie are trapped together on an elevator.

That just...I have to start following this storyline more closely. I totally dig Sami too. Her scenes with Kate are always so nasty in a delightful way.

Tell me something I don't know.

My professor suggested getting $50 into pounds for the day we get there since it'll be easier than using my debit card right off the bat.

Oh wait.

Which Jack The Ripper tour are you taking? My friend and I are looking into one as well.

(We're such losers that we're actually planning this trip JUST so we can be in London when HP7 is released, and if HP5 (movie) is released a month earlier, we'll be in London for that too. Everything else is just gravy. Is that lame?)

That's true. Are you guys staying in a hotel in a good location? You're not taking the tube from Heathrow into central London, are you??

AND OF COURSE YOU'RE GOING SHOPPING, RIGHT?????????

Tell me something I don't know.

Not lame. I'm fully intending to get my picture taken at Platform 9 3/4 (our flats are very close to King's Cross Station) and I'm very excited that our Oxford tour includes the castle where they do filming for Hogwarts for the movies.

I really hope that I get to see a set--they are in the middle of filming HP5 after all! Tell me something I don't know.

And I don't know which tour...I'm going with a bunch of people from our group and my professor.

Tell me something I don't know.

Oooh, you'll have fun if you're close to King's Cross. My hotel was somewhat close to there too (a bit west, by Regent Park) and it's a great location, really accessible to everything.

If you see the set and take photos at the Great Hall...*dies*

We're thinking of taking one of those one-week HP tours, which would go to Oxford and a few other places, and we'd get to ride the train that's used in the movie as the Hogwarts Express. It's far too much money but I figure it's worth the sacrifice. You also get a "Hogwarts Banquet-Style Meal"!

That sounds AWESOME!

It's going to be fun--instead of staying in a hotel we're staying in flats. Only downside is my flat has six girls in it. I might have to choke a bitch before the trip is over Tell me something I don't know.

I wanna talk about it!

Haven't seen Transamerica yet. Love Crash. I have no idea what GONAD (or whatever those initials spell) is. Is BBM that gay cowboy movie?

Tell me something I don't know.

Becky's Bowel Movement.

I can acknowledge that Crash and BBM both had its flaws (mainly in its plot progression and how it sent its 'message', and more), but I thought they were so performance-driven and their casts were both compelling, so what it comes down to is which one resonates emotionally with me, and Crash did that. Yes, it's not ground-breaking, and it's preachy and spells out its message with no ambiguity, but it hit close to home and I was simply transfixed.

My cat is a freaking spaz.

Just thought I would share that he was running around in circles in my bathtup, and then launched himself out of the bathtub, and got his paw/pad caught in door's metal track.

I was worried all day, but when I came home he was jump limping around, but no perm. damage.
