I am so glad she is back. Especially for Weekend Update.
One of my favorite lines from last night:
"In a new poll, 66% of Americans believe that George Bush is doing a poor job in Iraq.
The Remaining 34% believe Adam and Eve rode dinosaurs to church."
I thought the Indigo Girls sketch was pretty funny as well, though it petered out at the end.

Ah, Tina. It's not Weekend Update without her. She's the best!
Tinas after your man, brdlwyr
Weekend Update was definitely on last night. In fact, I had just added that line to my sig file.
Amy Poehler had a couple of nice ones too:
"MTV announced this week that the new season of The Real World will be shot in Detroit. Subsequently, so will 5 or 6 cast members."
(picture of Harriet Miers) "In shocking news, the Religious Right performed a 2nd term abortion this week." ::evil grin::

LMAO at that Bush comment! i dont even get it and i still think its hilarious!
Patronus, those are awesome, too! i wish id seen it!
would there be any online clips anywhere?
Real World in Detroit? I live in Detroit, (well, suburbs of Detroit, not the city, haha) and I can tell you, there's NOTHING here.
Patronus, the Harriet Miers line was also pretty damn funny. I just was not sure how it would work without the picture.
I was laughing pretty hard.
Rachel Dracht must be crying over the withdrawal of the nomination - she was also pretty funny in her segment.
I doubt there'd be clips online anywhere, but you can watch for the rerun. Lance Armstrong was the host and Sheryl Crow was the musical guest.

ok, thanks!
youwantitwhen??????, what do you mean by withdrawl of a nomination?
She's referring to Harriet Miers withdrawing her nomination to be on the Supreme Court. Rachel Dratch was playing her last night and was having a lot of fun doing it. I'm guessing it'll be the last time we see her play that character.
Thanks Patronus for the assist!
I thought at one point she was just going to throw her wine all over the dress and say "hell, don't need this old rag any more".
Too funny.
Yeah, it was great when she started listing off all the men who were unqualified.
"And Mike Brown probably said I'm not qualified to be the head of FEMA, I'm the President of the FREAKIN' ARABIAN HORSE ASSOCIATION!
Yeah, i was a bit of a fan of that quote, too...lol. I IMMEDIATELY came here and made it my siggy.
Oh crap...I am sorry...lol. I didn't even notice.
No worries at all. I just added a quote from my favorite movie since tomorrow is Halloween and then I'll find something else.
How was Sheryl?
I LOVE her new CD. Does anyone know what songs she sang?
Don't worry, Broadway_Baby. I'm sure they'll still find plenty of bars so they can get drunk, make out with each other, and then fight.
FOA, I have one or two of her songs downloaded, I like the new ones, but she did not sing them well live. Sometimes it's better to lipsynch.
Weekend Update is NOT the same without Tina Fey.
Glad she's back.
Oh yes Millie, I'm sure. Anyway, I'm determined to bump into the cast somewhere and end up on camera with my face blurred out.
Just don't get drunk with them.
Alright Rath.

Very glad Tina is back.
Did NOT like Horatio Sans (he's always cracking up--even when it isn't funny and always reading the cue cards---does he attend rehearsals at all?)
LOVED Rachel's bit!
