Yup, the ridiculous shouting gay midget is mulling the possibility of legal action against the publication for their reporting of his split from Katie Holmes and that they were keeping up appearances until the baby was born. For the love of all that's Holy, Tom, JUST STOP!

Okie dokie. To be honest I have never seen a Tom movie at all (not even Risky Business) and even Paul Newman (whom I love) could get me into a theater seat.

Well, he doesn't use medication like that trainwreck junkie Brooke Shields, so I'm sure his career is in no way at risk.

Personally, I hope he does do something as pathetic as suing a message board, if only to prove to everyone that he's completely gone off the deep end.
