Tom Cruise is disgusting. And what was this nonsense about "the big race" to get cast as his love interest in Mission Impossible 3??? The media is reporting that Lindsay Lohan, Katie Holmes, Scarlet Johannsen etc. were all vying for the part. Does ANYONE actuallt care about MI3? I made the mistake of seeing MI2 and it was one of the most horrendous films I've ever seen. And it certainly did nothing to boost Thandie Newton's career.
I'd wager that Tom Cruise is only one of many who audition "girlfriends" in Hollywood. Sad and lame.

Katie is lucky and for all we know he could be straight.
I think he is one of the hottest actors of all time so he must be gay.

In today's Ben Widdicome column he cryptically (No names, please!) explains:
"So here’s what I’m hearing about that relationship.
A source VERY close to the deal is saying there’s a contract.
It’s worth $5 million.
It’s for five years.
There will be no sex.
The deal was sealed June 7.
That’s what I’m hearing."
If that's not enough, Scarlett Johannsen is on the record about what it's like to audition for the role of Mr. Cruise's Girlfriend: “[Cruise] took me into this room, which was stifling hot, and was showing me all kinds of info about joining the church.”
