Since it now appears Elliot (Black Socks) Spitzer will be on the ballot with Anthony(The Texter) Weiner we only would need someone like DSK to run for mayor for the hat trick of 3 sleezebag politicians running in the same election. NYC will be (pardon the pun) the butt of many jokes. SNL should have a field day with these guys.

Weiner vs Spitzer in the same election will take all the air out of the room for other candidates.

I'd take out the "vs" there, since they're not in the same race they could actually theoretically create a ticket between themselves. The Weiner/Spitzer ticket!

Words don't deserve that kind of malarkey. They're innocent, neutral, precise, standing for this, describing that, meaning the other, so if you look after them you can build bridges across incomprehension and chaos. But when they get their corners knocked off, they're no good anymore…I don't think writers are sacred, but words are. They deserve respect. If you get the right ones in the right order, you can nudge the world a little.

DSK? My mind is drawing a blank.

If we're not having fun, then why are we doing it? These are DISCUSSION boards, not mutual admiration boards. Discussion only occurs when we are willing to hear what others are thinking, regardless of whether it is alignment to our own thoughts.

Ohhh right, the guy against whom all charges were dropped. Maybe that's why I forgot about him.
