Posted: 7/18/07 at 8:49pmTerrible about the dead and injured. I left work today on my 5:49 train from Grand Central, and the explosion was what...5 minutes later? Yikes. With all the flooding this morning stopping up Metro-North and numerous subway lines, this was like the day from hell for the MTA--though obviously a much more awful day for the families of those who were killed or hurt.
"If there is going to be a restoration fee, there should also be a Renaissance fee, a Middle Ages fee and a Dark Ages fee. Someone must have men in the back room making up names, euphemisms for profit."
