URGENT! Please Help!

Hi! Sorry to bother you guys. My roommate and I are moving from Florida to NYC early Thursday morning. Here's our problem: we don't have an apartment yet and are desperately seeking shelter until we find one. Where are some cheap places we can look? As you can imagine we're just a tad bit stressed about where we'll rest our weary bones.
