Posted: 5/9/04 at 3:45pmAll the Soap Opera actors/actresses who are talented but are called bad b/c of bad directing/writing/ and made to pause atleast 10 seconds between each sentence. To those of you who took the job to get your foot in the door and money in you wallet!

I agree with several others here that GARY BEACH is just a treasure. I am eagerly awaiting a chance to see him shine in a star vehicle. Just knocks it outta the park every time. Such a pro, consistent and so sweet to all those he works with. Also, his voice is incredible.
I also love Dolly Parton. So is just cute as can be, genuine, real and charismatic. So, she's no Streep, but she does what she does amazingly. I laugh out loud at her and she can bring me to tears. Hello, Dolly!
Miss Delta Burke, anybody? Designing Women lost its luster when she left. She is always fab in TV movies and guest appearances. Killed in TMM. Funny as hell and beautiful. She is a hoot in the white trash comedy "Sordid Lives."

I used to like Jeneane Garroffolo but she's gotten a little annoying. She's talented but, her talent seems to sometimes get overshadowed by her attitude. When she first became known, I respected the fact that she went against the Hollywood beauty machine and basically said "this is who and what I am, like it or not." It seems now that she over does her disdain for Hollywood, fame and everything that goes with it. it almost seems like it's become her shtick rather than a sincere belief.
Maybe if she stayed true to what she belives but toned down the rebellion, people might notice that she has talent.
