Posted: 9/2/04 at 5:03pmI read in reviews that her character is too likable when she's not supposed to be liked?

Yep, they showed the trailer for "POTO". It was beautiful & lush; it took my breath away ..... it gave me chills and it wasn't just from the air conditioning.
They also played the trailer for "Stage Beauty" with Claire Danes, Billy Crudup, Rupert Everett and Ben Chaplin.
Just read that Mira Nair ("Vanity Fair") will direct the 5th "Harry Potter" in 2007.

Posted: 9/3/04 at 10:43pmJust got home from vanity Fair. In all honesty I'm not sure what to think of it. It statred out great, but dragged a bit. Also I'm not used to Reese in a role where I don't like the character .... But I do think versatility is good. The highlight of the movie for me was probably the POTO trailer ... although I wish I had seen more! Also the colors in Vanity Fair were wonderful. But wow, shes sooo pregnant the entire time!

Posted: 9/3/04 at 11:01pmThe art direction was beautfiul. Breathtaking actually. Unfortunatly it was a bit long, and I felt like they had too many plot lines going on at once and it was difficult for them to keep up with every story. I don't know, it just didn't totally do it for me. But it was very pretty! And I liked Reese as a redhead!
