This has just leaped to the top of my must-see Spring musicals list!

"LIMITED ENGAGEMENT
February 7th thru March 17th ONLY!
Opening Thursday, February 7th at 8pm and playing every
Thursday, Friday and Saturday night at 8pm and every
Sunday afternoon at 5pm until March 17th ONLY!"

A little--really, a LOT--of the fun went out of my life when the Ridiculous Theatre Company closed in...1998? 1999? I don't think I've ever laughed as hard as I did at those shows.

I know 'Mildred Fierce' can't possibly be as good as 'derRing Gott Farblonjet' or 'Camille'. But I just may go give it a shot.

Most likely this will be the Gold Dust Orphans offering this summer in Provincetown, if history is any guide. Varla played Christine in their "Phantom of the Oprah" a couple of seasons back, and was as splendid as one might imagine.

I LOVE VARLA! yes I meant to scream that!

I saw her at Joe's Pub and wish she would do more NYC engagements. Drove to Boston and saw Phantom of the Oprah.

Twelve days after "Mildred" closes, his adaptation of the Fritz Lang silent film "M" opens at the Huntington Theater in Boston. The guy is on a roll.
