I agree Luscious, but it has to be done in state and local legislatures, one at a time. That's how it's been done in Europe and Canada. On the local level, where people can connect it to their friends and relatives.
Not in the courts, which is a uniquely American way of doing things. That just plays into the hands of the Republicans who want to use "activist judges legislating" as a wedge issue.
