The Phantom/Erik in Phantom of the Opera is a high baritone role, if not a tenor role.
Gabe from Next to Normal is definitely a tenor and is rather villainous in comparison to the other characters.
While not a stage musical, Dr. Horrible in Dr. Horrible's Sing-A-Long Blog is a tenor.
Jasper in Drood is a tenor IIRC.
And, of course, Judas in Jesus Christ Superstar, though portrayed more sympathetically than in other tellings of the story, is a tenor.
