I just watched this film for the who know how many time and loved it once again! Has anyone else seen it? Thoughts?

Such a great movie! I first saw it in college in a Spanish 101 course. I've been in love with it ever since.

It's not one of my favorite Almodovar films, but I still like it very much, and find it better on repeat viewings.

It's okay, I guess. Once seen easily forgotten, like most of Almodovar's films, I find.

I love Volver.

If Helen Mirren hadn't been so good in The Queen, I think Cruz could have won the Oscar that year. The scene where she sings while tears fall down her face is classic diva worship material.

Agree Whizzer, but it would have also been wonderful if the great Carmen Maura would at least have been nominated.

For some reason I don't find this particular Almodovar film that memorable.
