The plot is really getting out there, isn't it? Whatever, I'm still watching!

Im completely addicted to Weeds, but got rid of showtime halfway through last season (I had to get the rest on itunes). I wish each episode would show up on itunes a day or two after it airs, rather than my having to wait for the whole effing season to be over first.

I love how the drug dealers all had the dorkiest ringtones.

I haven't seen this - but I've always been intrigued. Now that it's on DVD, I think I need to check it out.
Seen Season 1, Season 2 is on my iPod (and iTunes, natch), and I don't have Showtime!
Such a good show!
It's a brilliant show really and Mary-Louise Parker's performance is superb.
However I didn't really enjoy the Season premiere, not only did it really got OUT THERE but it felt like nothing happened. Even Parker was a bit one-note (though still great). The whole bit between Doug and Dean was hilarious though!
I did gasp at the end, it was just...wow!
It was more a wrap up than a season premiere, but I also was on the edge of my seat. Looking forward to what else happens. At the end of the show I wanted to jump into the pool.

I was glad that the first episode didn't neatly tie up all the loose ends left at the end of the season. As for it being "out there," the show's about a suburban drug-dealing mom. It can't get much more out there than that.
This is hands-down one of the best shows on television. The cast is uniformly strong, and I love watching Elizabeth Perkins steal every scene she's in.
I really hated the Shane/Andy/crazy girlfriend/crazy Alaskan guy plot, particularly when Shane started driving the van.
The way they tied up the whole business back to Celia was genius. I agree it's one of the best shows on TV. One of my favorite things about the show is seeing Mary-Louise Parker and Elizabeth Perkins duke it out, they're both so good. Where's Isabel though? I prefer Isabel to Nancy's kids.

Isabel? Hell, what happened to the other daughter that got shipped off in episode 1?
I did love the Huskaroos commercials last year.
Oh, I forgot about her. The best part of that first episode was Celia watching the video the daughter made of Dean with the tennis instructor and hearing Celia going: "I should have had an abortion!"
Elizabeth Perkins is a comic genius.
Oh, I want more Huskaroos commercials

I just finished watching the episode..... holy hell!!!!! what WAS that?! It really made me want to drown Celia.... right along with all the pot she threw in there. Can't wait to see what happens next week!
