It's the aerobic excercise that makes that plan work. I lost ten pounds in 5 days on it once.

That's funny Eddie...I've been following the BelAmi diet...there's a lot of mouth and hand exercises required on this one. Doesn't matter what you eat as long as you keep excercising your mouth and hands. Best diet I've found in years.

I tried the Vivid 4-Hour Diet about a month ago. I didn't lose a single pound, but i did get carpel tunnel from all of the fast forwarding that's required.

Actually, you all need to try the new Colt diet. I know, I know, it's so 70s, but they've re-vamped it and geared it for the 21st century. It's meant for a more mature palate without being too tough or chewy.
