Author Scott Schechter is noted as the world's foremost authority on Liza Minnelli, and presents the entirety of the legend's life and artistry. From her first time on screen in her mother Judy Garland's 1949 MGM musical In The Good OId Summertime, to Minnelli's triumph on the 2004 Emmy-winning Best Comedy Arrested Development, it's all here.

Along with Schechter's powerful prose on Minnelli's professional output, THE LIZA MINNELLI SCRAPBOOK also features a staggering amount of mostly never-before-published art -- well over 200 photos -- and the majority of the photographs are in glorious color (approximately 136 color photos of Liza, and 79 B/W images).

DVDs of Garland's entire 1963-64 TV series were the result of Schechter's efforts beginning back in 1998, including conception of the 2001 Songs For America disc benefiting the American Red Cross immediately after 9-11.
