Anyone else want to come help shovel out my driveway? Not too much snowfall this time (about 6") but the temps are like 6 with a windchill of -20. So it is another snowday! Only 53 more days until Spring.

Moms, the snow hasn't reached us here quite yet, but I think jrb's icon can handle the task of shoveling, lookee those arms!

And all is right with the world, Pork Chop Rosie was NOT on the bus, I was able to take a blissful nap, Thank You God!

No applesauce the juice from the peppers is enough. Sounds like Rosie needs her applesauce because her chops are dry.

My mom makes a juicy, moist chop, by putting the chops, ringed onions and potato slices covered in water in a covered skillet that goes into the oven to bake. Divine!

Yes. Put the chops in first and top with the potato slices and then the ringed onions. Add some salt and pepper and top with water just to cover the onions. Bake at 350 for an hour
