My belief is that the individual is born that way. I myself am a hetrosexual. But a few years back when I did a project and one of the women was a lesbian she made a statment which brought me to the above mentioned conclusion. She stated that when she was 4 years old she "already" knew that she loved Julie Andrews. My initial thought was how could she know at such an early age that she was attracted to women? Then I thought about myself and I realized that I knew in kindergarten or first grade that I "loved" Billy Lincoln. I just think it is a hormonal/chemistry thing and that God loves all His children no matter your sexual preference. To me, love is love and that's a grand thing. I just wish I could find my Knight in Shining Armor!
