Didn't Grace try singing once? What was that again?
And what was the song that Karen made Will sing for retribution after they fought? Was that from a musical?

The episode when Will took his mom to Mamma Mia! and they came home with all the souvenirs. A beach towel, hat, shirt, etc.

I love Will and Grace. About every episode in excitement, rage, or suprise, Jack will exclaim some famous name, most of the time a Broadway performer. Example: "Sarah Jessica Parker! He's here!" when referring to his dad's arrival. (same episode with 'Papa Can You Hear Me?')

That was a very astute comment, Corine. Thanks for sharing!

Grace sang "Midnight Train to Georgia" at Sandra Bernhardt's apartment.
And Karen made Will sing "I Honestly Love You" at the piano bar.

Jack did make a comment about The Boy from Oz. Will was asking him to do something and he said that he couldn't because he was going to see The Boy from Oz and see if Hugh Jackman really does have a huge ackman.
In a later scene, Jack storms into Will's office and says that he wants to sue Hugh Jackman for stealing his moves. Jack then proceeds to slide across Will's desk similar to what Hugh did on the piano.
It was funny.

Everytime Grace sings, Will makes fun of her. I always think she sounds really good lol. It's over the top on "Midnight Train," but it's so funny.

Remember when they sang on their answering machine? "Who can it be calling on our phone..." And Grace comes in with, "Who can it, WHO CAN IT?!" Too funny.

jack and an INS worker (he later finds out) do a spoken rendition of "i remember it well"
it's cute :)
mags
notice the signature heehee!!
WILL: [TO JACK] Great. What are we gonna do? She's still a mess! And if we stay here any longer, we're gonna be late for Mamma Mia. And you know if you miss the first five minutes, you may as well miss the whole thing!
WILL: No! My mother hates musical theater. I took her to see Les Mis. She said, "Oh, please dear, in real life, the poor people never sing that much." Trust me, she'd hate Mamma Mia.
[MARILYN ENTERS.]
MARILYN: Mamma Mia? Are you boys going to see that? You know, the woman next door whose son has a meth problem raved about it.
WILL: Really? You want to go? You-you do know there will be singing?
MARILYN: Oh, I love singing. Oh wait, they aren't poor, are they?
I'm beginning to think that there is a musical theatre reference in absolutely every episode.....(does everyone else already know this, and I'm just catching on?)

Elvis, I do too! Of course she's making it sound really over the top and it does, but I'd really like to hear Debra Messing sing for real. I think she'd sound pretty good.
I think there is an episode out there where Grace is feeling really sorry for herself and Will calls her Eponine...
