well I looked up what exactly a zepka is and found this:

In the year 1956 (not too long ago), a Polish woman was discovered to have a weird venerial disease never before seen. Ms. Czerzepkawicz was immediately taken to a Dr. Alfred Walpurdorff. When Dr. Walpurdorff diagnosed the disease, he called it Czerzepka Syndrom - since shortened to Zepka syndrom by the American Medical Society.
Symptoms of the disease include a red rash around the genetalia, itching, dryiness. Another symptom is a fever, sore throat, and what is called
Czerz-rzeczownik or "Zepka Rash." The Cz-rz (as it is commonly abbreviated) looks almost like the rosetta markings found on jaguars - however the markings are red, almost pinkish and very dry.
