Balanchine's 5th wife Tanaquil LeClercq
I also Googled the name Tanaquil (my Tanny's actual name) and found that Tanaquil was a Roman Empress about 250 years before Julius Ceasar.

At first I wanted this dress for my Gidget, but I think it would look even more smashing on Tanny:

Thanks Trace and Mamie.
We're both well and very happy to be home.
I love seeing her happy with the familiarity of home.
OK, about that tree..... if there's a link, she's got it.

Aunt Judy forgave me for opening Tanny's Christmas gift early.
Don't you love her Zen Bowls?
Edit 1 PS - Forgive the soiled wee-wee pad.
Edit 2 Trace, you're a sweet heart and congrats on the good news!

Bless her heart - I just love her!
(I did a little bit of looking for that Christmas tree treat for her. Turns out Christmas trees aren't the best thing in the world for a pup. Maybe a Christmas tree-shaped pillow? I guess getting her treats via a cow is much better)
