Don't worry about getting too big. It's almost impossible without crazy supplements and/or steroids. A lot of women think if they lift weights they'll get bulky. Not true.
We joke about it. I have large bones and am much stronger than I ever thought. I want buns of steel.
Weight lifting makes me feel so good. It gives me so much energy.

do you ski? that's a good way to build leg muscles... and it requires strong muscles to do.
