Weirdest and scariest music videos ever...- Page 2

I fourth "Black Hole Sun" even though I started it. That music video is definitely NOT for the squeamish. I looked at it again, much as I was afraid to, and I feel twice as scared as I did the previous times I saw it. The way the faces stretch out in that video to have menacing cross-eyed buck-teethed smiles scare me SOOO much. I even have trouble breathing and my hands WILL NOT STOP SHAKING because it was so scary. Now I never want to see that video EVER again. Somebody cure me of that seizure that I just had seeing that scary image. Give me something light, start a new thread, give me that Hasselhoff video again... ANYTHING!!

Do you guys know any other videos that have that scary stretch-out effect just so I know so I don't want to see them?

Doy, you're also right children&art, "Land of Confusion" is pretty weird but not JAW-dropping scary. Those puppets sure look UGGG-a-LEE!!

The video for Queen's "I'm Going Slightly Mad" is pretty weird. Freddie Mercury just SCARES me in that video. He's a pretty freaky man. He's not just "slightly" mad, he's COMPLETELY mad in this video! But it's sad that we lost him after this video was made.

Speaking of Tom Petty. What about the “Don’t come around here no more” video where Alice turns into cake from the neck down and they start eating her. Yum!

I haaaaate the Robbie Williams "Rock DJ" video, in which he peels off his skin.

Also, "Owner of a Lonely Heart" has freaked me out since childhood.

By the way, if you guys couldn't see my link, go to Youtube.com and search "Queen I'm Going Slightly Mad". Even you'd believe me when I said Freddie Mercury looks so creepy in that vid.

Another scary video is Godley and Creme's "Cry" and Rebbie Jackson's "Centipede". I know she's sexy, but the visual effects in it are so scary.

I just saw the "Owner of a Lonely Heart" video, and it's very DISTURBING to see that poor man hallucinating that he's being molested and/or harmed by a snake, a bird, and a couple of insects. Ouch!! That has got to hurt. And that final shot where he jumps off the top of that 100-story building? OHMY... Freaking me out big time.

I just thought of another one. If there is ANY Madonna video that is just SCARY to watch, it is definitely "Bedtime Story". You guys are right to have mentioned Bjork previously in those posts. She co-wrote that song with Madonna. So trippy. The images are so surreal and nightmarish, you wouldn't believe it.

Speaking of Bjork, another scary video of hers is "Army Of Me". Pretty weird. I don't remember much, but I do remember seeing it, and the special effects were gross.

You're right, "Enter Sandman" is pretty shocking.

I mean, don't get me wrong, Wayne Isham is one of my favorite music video directors, but the only problem is, you ask him to direct a heavy metal video with provocative lyrics, then it gets creepy.

As for "Black Hole," I think it's a pretty solemn and sad song (especially after Kurt Cobain's death) and I didn't see any need for Howard Greenhalgh to create a visual frightfest based on the creepy chords of the song, especially with face warp effects. Eww. If I made my own version of that video, it would have to be walking down an empty road in slow-motion, only to discover that the sidewalk would soon burst into flames. Someday I'll do it, and I'll put it here for all to see.

Back to the subject at hand. Another video that scares me is "Black Or White". The morphing effects are pretty creepy. Michael Jackson is a weird guy.

"Man In The Box" and "Heaven Beside You" by Alice in Chains, I've heard are really creepy as well.

And I also forgot, ANYTHING BY ROB ZOMBIE!!!!!

Okay, this is on the tamer side but Marilyn manson's video for "The Dope Show" creeps me out. A man with breasts and no discernable genitalia is just disturbing...

"Dope Hat" by Marilyn Manson - very disturbing.
Even more disturbing than what Tim Burton did to "Charlie and the Chocolate Factory". Horrifying!!!
