Please join me in welcoming the bee-u-tee-ful and glamorous FancyLady to the board! My heart strings have gone zing!
"Life is not a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in a handsome and well preserved body, but rather to skid in broadside, thoroughly used up, totally worn out, and loudly proclaiming "WOW--WHAT A RIDE!!!!""
Rod Taylor is VERY glad to make your acquaintance, ma'am!
What was that Mr. Rogers song? "Some folks are fancy on the outside...and some folks are fancy on the inside."

Why, what a bunch of lovely sweethearts you are! Thank you so much, darlins'. I am just tickled pink to have my own welcome string. Actually, you'll have to take my word for it as I am always pink. Unfortunately, I suffer from a very distressing prickly heat rash of the highest order in a very awkward and painful location. Decorum prevents me from revealing its exact location but I will tell you that I won't be wearing a two-piece this year. A sarong will do nicely, thank you. As a state-certified Glamour Foto technician and a fully qualified Jazzercise, Dancercise and Prancercise instuctor, I keep a very busy schedule as you can imagine. However, I will always make time to chat up all of my friends here at BW.
Did ya'll see our President on TV last night? Wasn't he just darlin'? I was so inspired that I held my salute from the first moment that he walked out to the podium until the last word left that crooked little mouth of his. My arm sure was sore though, but it was nothin that a little Cheez-Whiz and Saltines couldn't cure. I better run, it's time to "put my face on" as they say. If any of ya'll have some good ideas about how to remove spray cheese from your eyebrows then don't be shy.

I miss my FancyLady....she was a winner in every sense of the word!
OH boy, me too, where is our beloved Fancy Lady, she had me at 15X!
"People come and go so quickly here".
Well, clearly RSR didn't realize that he couldn't create more than one persona here, so my suggestion for him is to reveal that RSR has multiple personalities--changing his pic and persona (within RSR) when various personalities come out. Granted, the problem is that some messages won't match the current pic--but like all great art, each persona will be ephemeral.
I mean how many short lived personas on this site have caused such attention?? (not counting Horsey/Equus)
Fancy Lady was indeed was a special "lady"..but sometimes people are so wonderful they are taken away from us, as we are unworthy...( cue weeping sounds)
To quell the depth of my dispare over the loss of Fancy Lady, I contacted John Edwards. He assures me that she is in a better place and that she and Wrong Said Fred, another brief but beloved poster, are watching over us from the mezzanine. He also saw the letters EV. The only Ev that I know is Miss America 1954, Evelyn Ay Sempier who is a pageant gal but not a fancy lady. I am still bewildered. Updated On: 4/14/04 at 01:27 PM
