Thanks for the picture, secondstar! I've been wishing for video from Rutgers, when he was "sleeping" on the sofa.

I love that picture! He's so adorable.
How's everyone doing today? Hope all is well and that those who got sick are recovering.
Question: Does anyone on here have any info about the Southern California signing dates coming up this weekend, specifically for San Diego and Long Beach? I checked on his myspace and it still says details to follow. Perhaps someon here knows. Thanks so much for the help!

Today was my first day back in school after being sick for the rest of the week. I still feel like crap, but...oh! And my aunt got the invitation to the Rent 10th anniversary concert today. She promised me to give details, and leave me the invitation in her will if she dies before the event. Yes, she's a bit...odd.

I got a similar question to Monika's, does anyone know any details about his Connecticut visit...
and Random question: this has been driving me crazy, what does Dies irae dies illa Kyrie eleison Yitgadal v' yitkadash, etc mean. I've tried looking it up and found nothing.....

Miss Monika:
I found info on the Palm Springs signing. I'm still trying to find the San Diego one and the Long Beach one. I'll edit those in when I find them.

Edit: I just found San Diego signing. It's at the Claire de Lune Coffee Lounge on University Avenue. The signing is at 3 PM on Saturday. Here's the link to the place's website. http://www.clairedelune.com/entertainment.html

*I feel like a dork for knowing this*
But, Dies Irae is an old Latin Hymn. It was written by Thomas de Celano. It talks about the final judgment day. I just did a French project on the view of death in the middle ages, and part of it was on the Dies Irae.
Thank you so much, Mariel. You're my hero.

me either
Why request an invitation if you're not going to go?
It's really a touchy subject of why I can't go, I'd rather not discuss it. But to answer your question, yes.. I was going to pay to see the show.

I wish I could go so badly...but a) it's a lot of money I don't have b) even if I did have the money my mom would never let me spend it like that, and c) It's a school night.
I would totally look like a snobby, rich brat if I did go, though. Being only 15...

The 10th anniversary is pretty much out of the question for me. Poor college student here. (pulls out empty pockets and moths fly out of them) Wishing those who can go to have a good time.
Speaking of seeing Rent, my boyfriend and I (along with a good portion of my college it seems) are seeing the touring production this weekend at St. Louis. This is his first time seeing it live (and he understands that the sets are abstract and unlike the movie's settings). Expect a report.
