I am everywhere, actually. On IMDb I am SUMayo. I used to post on the Rent boards, but then the movie came out and it overflowed with "ADAM IS SO HOT!!!!" posts.
But this broadwayworld thing seems like fun. And you guys all seem really nice! :)
Welcome, Meggsison!
I felt like decorating.
Welcome Megan!
Em, that's very cool!
"I'm afraid one of our "smart intellectuals" would try to tie him up with it, or something. hah."
Whoa, that creates an image.

Hedwig and the Angry Inch. The last scene, I believe.
Ah, Hedwig, how I love it. I think that's the palest I have ever seen him though. Geez. lol. jlc I love that picture. It's quite lovely.
Welcome, meggsison. We are fun people! (And not flooded with ADAM IS SO HOT!!! posts, at least not here.)

It's partly the stage lights that's making him look so pale, I'm guessing.
And of course we're not flooded with "ADAM IS SO HOT!!!1" posts. Just "ANTHONY IS SO HOT!!!1" ones.
Quite right, DI, quite right. :)
He sounded amazing singing Orgin of Love at that show.

Wow, I've never seen those pictures before, but I love them. They're the best decorations I've seen in a long time.
Has anybody on this thread mett him?
I'm pretty sure lots of people on this thread have met him, myself included.
What should I ask him when I meet him on Saturday?
Hmm, try to think of something unique...something that not everybody else will ask him.
When I went to the Boston signing, my friend wanted to ask him "Where do you buy your socks?", but there was no Q&A and she wouldn't have gone through with it anyway.

I wanted to ask him if there was any signifigance to the line-up in Seasons of Love and ICY: Reprise. But I didn't, because I didn't want to seem like someone who was just at the signing because she was a fan of Rent.

I'm sure he wouldn't have minded if you seemed that way; I mean, "A memoir of love, loss, and the musical RENT"...a whole lot of the book has to do with RENT. But, I see what you mean :)

Well, I might have asked it anyway, but I froze up completely during the Q and A. I mean, I'm already incredibly shy- add in the fact that there's someone I admire, and I just can't get any words out at all.
Good Morning!
I figured I'd rescue the thread from second page doom. I'm making my way through Providence, RI as I type, heading to NYC. So..uhh..woohoo!
Goodmorning
Well, not so good for me.
But Yay for NYC, Catharsis! I'll be going for the summer in *26* days.

Have fun, Catharsis!
Thanks!
Though I am rather upset now that my iPod decided to freeze. It's happened before, but now that mean sno music 'til the battery dies and is recharged. The only CD I've got in the car is the Rent OBCR. I mean, I love Rent, but perhaps not for 5 1/2 hours straight. Oh well.
And I just hit Connecticut. So close...yet so far away.

Awww, sorry about your iPod. In hopes of cheering you up:
ETA: Whoa, sorry. I didn't realize how big the second pic was.
Well, if anything can get me through 5 1/2 hours of driving (and I had a lot more than that - all the way to Florida from Chicago), it's definitely RENT. lol. Sorry to hear about your iPod though. Have fun in NY! *jealous*
Awww DI that second pic is so cute though. And I'm loving all those cool RENT shirts.
Edit: oops. Double post.
