Just so's ya know, I did have to Google that. I can sing it in French, but the last time I took it as a course was two years ago, and haven't used it a lot since. I could NOT remember how to spell anything, heh.
Heehee, I looked at the 5. It was the only bill I had, I think it's on the 20 though.

Sorry Katt. Even though I'm American, I can't help but let the Canadians win this one!

Our spelling is prettier. I mean, look: Cheque, check. No contest!

Though I'm not sure if there is an actual reason, why are the spellings different?
lol... I'm kinda lost but I like spelling words the English (British) way... for a while I did it in my papers for school and my teachers yelled at me. hehe.
I only know one French song, which is 'Hymne L'Amour' by Edith Piaf. Josh Groban does a killer version of it on his album Closer. WOWZA!!!!

I wonder when my friend will be home, so he can talk to me about the concert. I think it will be over by now or at least 10:30. I am not happy that the venue was inaccessible.

Now comes the part where I randomly interrupt the flow of conversation to insert a picture of Anthony and me. Hopefully this works. It's from the Santa Monica book signing last Wednesday.
That's a great picture! I love Anthony's shirt.
Awww Anthony looks so adorable!! I love his cuteness, and he always wears great clothes.
YAY random picture! Those are always good to get conversation going in another direction. :) Love pics. And book signings. And Anthony. So it's all good.
Nice picture.
hey everyone!
pictures are good. i like his shirt too.
The spelling is different because after the War of Independence, you all decided you wanted nothing to do with the British. So Webster took it upon himself to change the British spellings.
Those Brits just have to take over everything, don't they??

Is that really the reason the spellings are different? Hmm...that's interesting.
Man, I'm gonna be way too shy to even ask to get my picture taken with him. I'm sure I'll get plenty OF him though.
But that is a really good picture!
Pictures are always good!

Silence, I can totally agree with you there! I'd be way too shy to ask.
What Serenade? That had nothing to do with what I posted. The Americans fighting in the war, were actually British decendents. It's the Americans trying to change everything. I learned that from an American history class.
S=D Don't be afriad to ask for a pic with him! He doesn't seem to have any problem taking pictures with his fans. At the Chicago signing, that was kind of part of the drill... one guy took your book and another guy took your camera.
No no I was musing over something else. What you posted got me thinking about the Brits and all the lands they've tried to conquer ie. West Indies, India, Australia, Tasmania, and some parts of Africa(?).
They're not the only ones. Other countries have done it too. Greece, Rome, America.
Cute puppy!!

I'm glad that I'm not the only one who feels shy about that. Even though I don't get WHY I'd be shy about it, because I'm sure he is used to it.
Man, if they are pretty much just doing pictures for everyone, when it comes my turn, I'd probably freak out and push my friends in the picture instead of me and then they'd start a scene. *hides* Maybe I should go alone, lol.
