Posted: 4/7/06 at 2:15amI know this sounds old hat coming from me, because I suggest it all the time but "I can do that" from ACL...it makes me think of "Officer Krupke" for some reason. Probably because they are both talkie songs if you know what I mean. But that way you can dance too. "Mama Says" from Footloose might be a good one. Just think funny. Hope you get it!

Posted: 4/8/06 at 8:20pmi read someone that suggested "I can do that" because it sounded like "Officer Krupke" but, Riff does NOT sing "Officer Krupke" or a light, humorous song. I would suggest singing a song that fits well in your range. "Cool" and "Jet Song" are the big numbers for Riff. Unsure what specific songs? I cant think of any good songs, I love many solo songs from AIDA and CHILDREN OF EDEN

Posted: 4/9/06 at 3:46pmI would say "Look at the Sky" from Urinetown. It has the big F's that you need for the Jet Song plus it is sort of a similar theme.
