i get told either maggie gyllenhaal (which is funny b/c MY name's maggie too!!!) and i'm sorry i just butchered that spelling folks.
or i get told erica christensen - she's the one who did wuthering heights (mtv movie or something) and swimfan..so she's kinda a b-list celeb..but i get told i look exactly like her!

Mine has definitely changed with age.
When I was in junior high, I was the spitting image of Fred Savage...so much so that I was called Fred for a few years.
Then I didn't look like anyone for a long time...but moving to New York and doing the poverty-stricken actor's diet, I got all sickly and smaller and suddenly looked a heck of a lot like Joaquin Phoenix.
Most recently, however, I had to endure the 15 minutes of fame as Bob the Bachelor's secret twin. I was seriously harrassed on the street for my autograph many, many times.

Actually, Priest, you look a LOT like a guy I graduated with. Sure, he's not well-known, but you look so much like him it's scary...
As for me...well, people say my mom looks like Marg Helgenberger, and I look just like my mom, so...I guess I resemble Marg?

lots of theatre-savy people say I look like Adam Pascal.

Although not a celebrity, I've gotten Michelle DeJean from Chicago a few times. I've told those people to have their eye sight checked. I've also been told that I look like Roxane but as much as I adore her, not a celebrity.
I dunno -- you people tell me. lol The most recent pictures of me in the fan photos are the two at the bottom.

when i was younger- soleil moon frye (punky brewster)
now- just about every brunette actress. i've gotten neve campbell, catherine zeta-jones, idina menzel (which i don't see), and when i had red hair, i got molly ringwald a lot.

Undi, lots of random strangers disagree with you. I was accosted for my autograph in the East Village on the street, in a Starbucks in Chelsea and in Central Park. It took a lot of talking to deny my "Celebrity."
Actually, CJR, you do remind me of someone but I'm blanking on the name at the moment. I'll think of her later...
And Paul LW, you do look eerily like Paul Bettany (that would be the Wimbledon guy)...

There are certain moments in "The Object of My Affection" when I think "Jesus, that looks EXACTLY like me!" and believe me--I don't WANT to look like Paul Rudd--I want to look like ME! but nevertheless sometimes we look the same. shermanslave, I saw video clips of you once, so I can say in honesty that you look nothing like Gene Wilder or Justin Guarini.
You are much more attractive than they are.
There really is no one out there good enough to compare you to.
This leads me to believe that you are destined to become insanely famous so that other people start comparing themselves to you.
