Mr. Hooper as someone said before. I think they did a great job of addressing death for children on Sesame Street.

Also Audrey Hepburn, I was on a field trip in NYC in the early 90s and we had a special tour of the UN. There was this commotion at the UN as a woman walked by, and our tour guide said it was Audrey Hepburn. A few months later, she was gone.
