In years past, I gave up:
Getting trapped in a loveless marriage with Children I didn't even want.
Liver.
Throwing Matches at the Cat.
None of those were very hard, but I think they made me a better person. What are YOU giving up this year?

I have discovered I am co-dependant -- so I'm giving up feeling ashamed of that. But I'm still stunned by it.
