re: What are You Cooking Tonight?

I have no idea! I wsa going to roast a chicken but the chicken smells a little funky so out it goes. I've got a pork tenderloin but it was in the freezer and probably won't be thawed in time.

But I made roasted chicken and potatoes last weekend...with lots of Garlic & rosemary!

now what was that joke I've heard.....oh yes......science has determined that a lobster feels no pain when cooked. It only feels pain if it ends up at Red Lobster.....

re: What are You Cooking Tonight?

Actually, Elph, lobsters feel unbearable pain when steamed. Think about being steamed alive. Ouch!

The way to cook a lobster is to first, and this is mandaory, twist is head off its tail in one quick stoke. This kills the lobster instantly, and allows you to cook it without it suffering any pain, other than the instantaneous death of having its head twisted from its body.

One should use this even if broiling the tail or steaaming.

Every month is Be Kind To Lobsters Month.
