-Gay rights (marriage, elimination of "Don't Ask, Don't Tell" policy, gay adoption, stopping job discrimination) and encouraging a balanced representation of gays in the media.
-Animal rights (stopping hunting for sport and aesthetic purposes) and proper pet care. (encouraging spaying/neutering, using positive training, healthy diet, educating about puppy mills, pet stores, and backyard breeders selling designer mutts, unhealthy dogs, and "teacup" (runt) dogs for high prices, encouraging adopting shelter dogs, the dangers of leaving a dog outside, etc) - (Informing people of the negative effects of declawing cats).
-Women's rights (abortion, stopping job discrimination and unfair wages, etc.)
-Improving education, raising teacher salary, and lowering college fees.
-Lessening the stronghold of corporations on political leaders.
-Informing teenagers of birth control options and safe sex methods.
-Preventing child abuse and encouraging involved parenting.
-Stricter gun control laws and more gun safety.
-Separation of Church and state.
-Legalization of euthanasia.
-Using biodegradable products and recycling.
-Educating about depression and helping to change perceptions that depression isn't an illness.
-Helping to raise money for cancer, a.i.d.s., multiple slerosis, etc and encouraging others to do so.
-Targeting censorship and wrongful use of power to thwart free speech.
Things that I'm not sure where I stand on:
-The death penalty
-Type of punishment for drug abusers.
One thing that I need to get better with is the environment. I need to recycle more and use more bio-degradable products. There's so many things that can be done to help the environment that people don't even think of.

"The gods who nurse this universe think little of mortals' cares. They sit in crowds on exclusive clouds and laugh at our love affairs. I might have had a real romance if they'd given me a chance. I loved him, but he didn't love me. I wanted him, but he didn't want me. Then the gods had a spree and indulged in another whim. Now he loves me, but I don't love him." - Cole Porter
