What do you footwear while running?

Hi, I am just curious on what you guys wear for free running?

What are your favorite free running shoes?

I am not sure what "free running shoes" are but I have been wearing "New Balance" shoes for years and love them. They feel good while running, last pretty long and look good. If the weather is decent, I usually run 20-25 miles a week which is not to bad for a man of my age -lol. The longest I run now is 5 miles at a clip and average a little under 8 minutes a mile.

I've been using Mizuno because I pronate but, I'm not crazy about them. But I also don't run often enough to take the time to explore an alternative. I do a handful of 5K and 10K races a year but mostly end up walking or walking/running them.
