The slippery slope

I think if:

-you call yourself a Christian,

-you think that marriage is a sacred pact that God handed down only to Christians, or at least believers,

-you think that gays marrying means that marriage no longer represents this sacred pact,

&

-you think that, as such, you should divorce,

Then you are an idiot. If two atheists, a catholic and a Jew, a Wiccan and a Buddhist, or a Hindu and a worshiper of the flying spaghetti monster can marry, then your grand gesture is already BS. If you think man can create laws that change what you believe to be the 100% infallible law of God, then your faith isn't on anything solid. If you feel that MY marriage threatens yours, that sure proof that my marriage is far stronger, because no one else's marriage could change one damn thing about mine.

I think their relationship has bigger issues than whether or not I marry another dude.
