"Careers are a 20th century invention" - INTO THE WILD
I know a lot of people are possibly going to rip me apart for this one but does anyone here feel repelled by the prospect of getting a job? A compartmentalized system that sort of dehumanizes you and turns you into a machine. So many rules, so much red tape. And yet you need this invention called "money" to live. I think the whole thing with getting a job is kind of overrated. I believe life should be for freedom and not for "serving the servants", as they say.

Keep yourself out of debt and don't live beyond your means and you might have a shot. Or join a monastary.
Just make sure you can keep on staying out of debt - for the rest of your life. Don't you dare get sick or think for a minute that someone owes you a roof over your head or a piece of bread to keep you alive. Why should anyone else work to keep you going when you won't work for yourself?
There's a choice: Live in society and conform or live outside it without the pressures and REWARDS that it entails.
I'm with ya, brother, but I just like TV and beauty products way too much to live in a hollowed-out van in the nether regions.

Maybe a documentary about how unfair the system is to people who don't want to work?
Oh hon, NOBODY wants to work...unless it's toweling off Cheyenne during intermission.

Judging from the posts you've made about failing in that field, I wouldn't depend on it.
