I HAD KaZaA lite...but my computer died...
I tried to get it again but couldn't find it.
I downloaded KaZaA, as well as Diet K.
Diet K removes all the Spyware from KaZaA.
I'm afraid to download any of that due to the fact that my last computer died becasue of it...
I don't like the format of the new KaZaA anyway...

I usually would use Kazaa Lite, but I've heard that there's better ones out there...

I haven't used any since the old Napster days. Copyright law and all that.
same. My school has caught people for using file sharing sites, so I stay away from them. I buy cds or music from I-Tunes instead.

But Napster was nice while it lasted, wasn't it? I remember it felt like a minor miracle to me when I first found it.

Flowery, that scares me! Not only because I use limewire, but lets face it, I'm Judy in Disguise!
haha
I don't download, but I do have my computer sharing through iTunes on my campus network. Everyone can listen to each others iTunes, but there is no downloading involved. I'm relatively certain that it's legal.
One of my friends, though, has a program that allows her to download the songs from the iTunes sharing... I think it's called myTunes Redux or something like that. She told me a couple days ago that she has it, and that she had downloaded like 20 OBCs that I was sharing. So now I feel like maybe I should get off the iTunes network, even thought that itself is legal.
I hate morality.
The internet is really really great...
FOR PORN!
Ares. Haven't found any problems in it, and I keep my system pretty squeaky clean. Plus it's given me the best results out of the ones I've tried.
Ahh, I remember those days of early Napster, Plum. When it was the only file sharing program that existed? EVERYONE WAS ON IT. You could get ANYTHING off it...
kinda funny that i open the OT and 1 thread is called "is there a theft among us?" and right underneath it "what file sharing program do YOU use...?"

Try the free, ad-supported version of BEAR SHARE (bearshare.com). It has NO spyware and doesn't give you email out to any groups of advirtisters. If you have a good virus protection program, (which is mandator for any computer, let alone one with a file sharing program) and you run it regularly, it is wonderful. My only complaint is that the driver is sometimes not compatible with windoes xp and shuts you computer down automatically while your running it from time to time.
hm...i dont download music online.

I had one of the file sharing programs that came right after the whole Napster fiasco. It screwed up my computer so badly that I won't use any of those types of programs anymore. Turned a perfectly great computer into a dinosaur.

Can't believe I'm saying this...BitTorrent, people. Haven't used it much myself, but I think its nature makes it pretty difficult for the files to screw up your system.

I used Warez for a while, and loved it, but then, for no reason, it quit working. So I deleted it and now I use limewire.
Judy and ~ff~ in the same thread? I'm gonna faint......
