Rain Man. Definetly, definetly, Rain Man.

Quite possibly the best all-around acting performances (especially physical) by Dustin Hoffman.

Hahahahaha Mr. Midwest. That is some SERIOUS crimping.

I own that movie on VHS and I literally cannot watch more than 3 mins. It might be the WORST thing ever made.

I've never seen it, but here's the trailer, CM2. https://www.mgm.com/video_window.do?formatid=3030&videoid=1428

I'm surprised no one's mentioned Night of the Comet. Now that's a real 80s classic. re: What is the best movie of the 1980s?

How about Certain Fury, starring Irene Cara and Tatum O'Neill?

Or of course, Stayin' Alive. Who wouldn't love a movie about a B'way musical called "Satan's Alley?"
