Mmm.

re: What's for dinner?

Romaine Salad, Baked Spinach Spaghetti with ground turkey which is topped with parmesan and mozarella cheese. I also made some garlic toast, and will be drinking red tea or milk. I cooked for my roomates since this will probably be my last time ever to be able to cook for them.

I had braised tofu and spinach. I'm going to eat vegan banana ice cream after I finish making it. I'm hoping it turns out well.

Nothing yet. Got home form work, did more work and lost track of time. How is it already almost 10:30? Yikes.

Thinking about going to wash the berries I picked up yesterday afternoon and putting them on some Eggo's Buttermilk Pancakes. And then havong some chocolate soy milk to wash it all down. Yuuuumm.
