I'm a lazy ass, so I literally haven't eaten today except for a popsicle. But for dinner, I'm having a Quizno's Turkey Ranch and Swiss on Rosemary-Parmesan bread... except without the ranch because I hate ranch on sandwiches. So really, turkey and swiss. Oh, meal plans...
Scott-that's exactly what I get every time I go to Quizno's. Although I've had their Roasted Chicken Flatbread salad before and that's pretty good too.
Tonight for dinner I had a chicken and cheese Pannini from my school's coffee shop. Not very much, but oh so good.
They just closed the Quizno's that opened in my town last year.

Last night it was baked salmon with a red pepper ancho chile glaze, herb roasted potatoes and a caprese salad.
I was in the mood to cook (it de-stresses me). : )
