Posted: 2/1/09 at 7:49pmI have lived in this apartment for 5 years in Hoboken, and I have never once turned on the heat. I have a thermometor though and right now its 72 degrees with no heat on. In the winter, its usually about 62-67 degrees in here, but it can get as cold as 51-52 degrees if the wind is blowing hard (the wind goes right through the windows even if they're locked)

You guys who live in the apartments are so lucky that someone else in the building is using their heaters. I used to live in an upstairs apt, it was great in the winter but in the summer it was like an oven.
