Wow thanks for that link Papa! So you can rack up 4,872 demerits and STILL become a naval officer? I guess it wasn't an ezaggeration when I heard an Army recruiter bemoaning the new quotas. He explained that many things that used to be an instant disqualifier now can be overlooked. In fact, he claimed "As long as you're not gay, we'll find a way!"
Looking at this picture, maybe they've loosen up on that one too.
