It is ridiculous to set a detective story in New York City. New York City is itself a detective story...

hey elphaba in PS, I moved here with my folks. We are rebuilding my grandmothers old house... I cant afford to leave the nest yet, which bites the big one.
Lets just say I never really leave the house because there is NOTHING to do, Im sure youve been here - theres a wal-mart and thats it! ugh. I need civilization again.

but nice that they are rebuilding the house.
A friend of mine from high school days was the librarian at 29 Palms HS....but a few years ago the district got rid of their librarians and put teachers in the library.....very bad idea.
She's up in Sacramento now...
