Where is the entrance to the Port Authority parking garage?

I wanted to park in the Port Authority parking garage to make it easier to get to the Lincoln Tunnel after the show, but I couldn't find the entrance! I know I'm probably just a dunce, but where exactly is the garage and where exactly is the entrance?

When you come out of the Lincoln Tunnel from NJ, keep to your left, as if you're heading uptown toward 42nd Street. The lot entrance is on your extreme right. It may appear to be a bus entrance, but cars can use ti too. If you miss it, make a quick right on 38th Street and another quick right into the lot. Once your on the ramp, make sure you follow the signs for cars. In other words, avoid the 'busses only' ramps.

Thanks -- I'm still a dunce, though! Is the garage underneath the Port Authority building? Is the entrance on 38th between 9th and 10th?

My bad, I believe it's 40th, not 38th (the directions out of the tunnel are correct, I just had the wrong street number).
