I'm back...

And, may I just say that whenever I see those commercials for the St. Jude's Children's Hospital, I get choked up! I've seen the short piece they've done in the movie theatre, and now they are running a fairly extensive TV ad campaign to raise money. Such a special place...

Welcome back! And St. Jude's IS special. For so many reasons, one of the top being that they are the only organization fighting for awareness of life-threatening diseases in children.

Exactly. The research they do there is ground-breaking.

My experience has been with CHOP (Children's Hospital of Philadelphia). Absolutely amazing place. The people who work there are angels!

The research is ground-breaking, plus the fact that they don't charge for care, and the fact that they are right out there talking about it all over TV and now the movie theaters.

The M.D. Andersen Cancer Center in Texas is another fabulous place, as is the Cleveland Clinic.
