I'm about ready for that mid-afternoon drink, Addy. And I think we need to have some guests and make it an Addy Valentine's Day party!
Oooh - tropical drinks could hit the spot!

Addy - I specifically requested a male cocktail server, and this is who they sent - I hope he knows what he's doing.
At least we know they have pink flowers around the bar!
It doesn't get much better than that.
Thank you, gentlemen.
Join me for some wine and cheese?

Wine and cheese (and just a little scotch) will be served on our private charter jet to Paris.
Now boarding all lovers of bubbles, chocolate, champagne, opera, love, and of course, Addy!
LOL - is that a real plane?!
I don't think I want to wake up from this dream.

Well, a rest on the plane (yes, it's real!) is recommended, because an evening awaits - and I believe you may have multiple escorts
DG, it was a beautiful day from start to finish.
You sure know how to treat a girl! And a friend!
Thank you.
And I hope that your day was filled with love, as well.

This is exactly what my Azaleas look like. In the morning, when the sun hits them, I am visited by heaven - and Addy
Oh, Cookie - is there anything more thrilling? Thank you for that beautiful picture!
DG - Azaleas are among my favorite flowers. Seeing them bloom every spring (in CT) is just breathtaking. The pink ones are my favorite... (and don't you just love watching The Masters? That golf course, bordered by Azaleas is picture perfect!)
With my 56 year old house came some magnificent 56 year old azaleas, lilacs, wisteria and peony's, as well a huge number and variety of bulbs--everything imaginable. It's my favorite part of the house. I can't wait for Spring!
oh, Somms, it must be glorious in the Spring!
A burst of color. And the lilacs are so fragrant! It sounds beautiful.

And Addy, the bulbs follow bulbs followed by the forsythia, followed by the azaleas, followed by the rhodadendron (which I added) , followed by the lilacs, followed by the wysteria and the peony's... and on and on. I have about 8 weeks of constant blooming, marvelous color!

Just leave the key under the mat for me. I'll be there! I love flowers.

It sounds like my parent's place, Somms. The mountain laurel, the dogwood (both early and late blooming) and then the gardens... the July flowers and the late summer grasses...
I think I would have loved being a landscape architect.

It's a little too chilly here for me today, so with Addy's permission, I'd like to charter her private plane and head for Tahiti. Of course, if she's ok with it, anyone who wants to join is more than welcome. Pink drinks, chocolate and Twister will be provided.
