Oh there are several of us who are members of various Rockefeller Center chorus lines. We're all going to get to get together at Morrell and have lunch--with wine!
***KMF calls Morrells to stock up...CAN'T lert that happen again****
I can do a mean *shuffle off to Buffalo*...can I come?
I'll bring my tap shoes AND my cane!
The question is, do your tap shoes match your cane?

I think we all need to go dining and dancing in the Rainbow Room. Perhaps the most perfect room in all of NYC...
Who doesn't love Rockefeller Center? It's a gem. I get to walk through it every day on the way to work and I always get a little thrill from being there.
I've always wanted to go to the Rainbow Room. Why did I think it was closed?

Addy - as I think I've told you, I always wanted to see The Manhattan Transfer there - *sigh* We wanted to go last year - I had NO idea it had re-openned - but we didn't have the 'proper attire' with us! That will be different this time around
Our friend conducted for Natalie Cole there, and said it was GREAT.
An adult evening where we get to dress up. Yay! Living in Seattle, I haven't dressed up in years.
It's beautiful at Christmastime...
(it's beautiful year round, but I think NYC at Christmas is about as perfect as life gets...)
I think we should make some plans. I have the perfect dress...

Coincidences are fabulous!
I have to buy some nice clothes... *dances*
(I'm not kidding... chinos and jeans will not cut it I'm sure)
And I love NYC at Christmas time.
I've got a perfect tie I can wear.
Or do I need my tux for this night?
Cookie would be perfect in a tuxedo.
A very dashing Cookie.
I have one. But I need to get the sleeves lengthened... :)
Seriously... if it happens on the evening of Dec. 28 or 29 I am SO totally in.
May I cut in? I've got the tux. I've got the Arthur Murray teaching experience and I've got a *cough* birthday. And, I adore the Rainbow Room.
Ok, I am NOT loving my horoscope today.
This could turn into quite the enjoyable day -- if you don't mind stress, that is. And while you'd probably never admit to it (at least, not unless you're under duress), you find stress motivational. Oh, and look -- here comes some now.
I do NOT find stress motivational. I try to avoid it.
I'd rather think about celebrating Christmas in Rockefeller Center.
"You can feel the electricity in the air, and while it's not an entirely uncomfortable sensation, you're not sure where it's headed. Just be sure you can find the switch in the dark if you need to."
Switch ON!
Addy, talked to my sis for two and half hours last night--you know ... a quickie--and talked about you and your sis. Ears burning?
